What's the game?
Dominic Szablewski rewrote the 1995 wipEout code to run on modern platforms, including the browser. Choose a team, pilot and circuit, then race through the original game's low-poly tracks with thrust, air brakes and weapons.
BEFORE YOU PLAY
What to expect
Choose MINIMAL VERSION for the light download: about 13 MB including the page and engine in our check, with music and the intro omitted. The optional full version is listed at about 144 MB. No account, installer or game-file upload is needed. Unofficial: wipEout was created by Psygnosis and belongs to Sony; this is a community rewrite based on the original source and assets.
Controls: Enter confirms menu choices, arrows steer, X accelerates, Z fires, C/V operate the left/right air brakes and A changes the view.
