What's the game?
Tesla showed the new Roadster on October 15, 2026, driving a ramp upside down and flying over a row of its own cars, and this game was online within hours. TAP TO START puts you on a stage under the Tesla logo with spotlights and a lineup on the floor. Press Space or tap and the Roadster launches off the ramp and barrel-rolls over the lineup: Model 3, Model Y, Semi, Cybertruck, Cybercab, an Optimus robot and the Boring Company's Prufrock tunnel machine. Hold to fire the thrusters and stretch the flight, land, take the return ramp and go again, with gauges for downforce, thrusters and altitude under the screen. Each lap changes what you clear: a row of Cybertrucks, a line of Optimus robots, the Prufrock, then movie cameos (a hovering DeLorean, the Millennium Falcon, Spaceballs' Eagle 5). Touch anything and the run is over, scored by lap, distance and peak altitude. The game's files include clips from the reveal keynote, among them Musk's 'success is not guaranteed' after a failed run. A global leaderboard keeps the top 50 runs; on launch day the best had reached lap 50 when we checked.

What to expect
Free, no account and no ads: the page loads only its own files and Vercel's analytics, about 10 MB. A name is asked only if you save a run to the leaderboard. The creator is not named on the page; the corner reads 'Accelerated with Grok'. It uses Tesla's name, logo and cars; we found no claim that Tesla made or endorsed it. We played it in Chrome on a computer, and both of our first runs ended in the lineup on lap 1: time the flip before the ramp. On a phone it opens in either orientation with a tap control (TAP TO KICKFLIP), but our emulated touch test did not register a flip, so we have not confirmed phone play.

The story behind it
On October 15, 2026, at a SpaceX test facility in Texas, Tesla showed the second-generation Roadster driving up a curved ramp upside down, flying off the end and rolling over to land on its wheels, then hopping over a Cybercab, Cybertruck, Semi, Model Y and Model 3. Tesla says a fan-based suction system holds the car to the road and cold-gas thrusters do the flying; Musk called it a collaboration between Tesla and SpaceX. Musk said production starts in 2028; no price was announced, and Tesla's site says the flying version is not approved for public roads.
