A 16-bit pixel MMORPG with hundreds of quests, dungeons, crafting and active dodge-and-hit combat.
OUR TAKE / EDITORIAL
Why it's on the wall
Cosy pixel MMO with teeth: the combat actually asks you to move. A good one for a tablet on the sofa.
Written by Neon Gamewall. An opinion, not a player rating.
GAME BRIEF
What's the game?
stein.world is a free real-time MMORPG with an old-school 2D pixel look. Its makers list hundreds of quests, dungeons, crafting and server rankings, and a combat system where you dodge and time attacks rather than trade blows. It started, in their words, as a small hobby project and exercise in HTML5 coding and grew from there.
